Latchmere House, Ham
Located to the west of Richmond Park, this scheme included the conversion and restoration of a locally listed Georgian manor house and its wider estate which had been requisitioned and developed during the war as a detention centre for enemy agents and utilised afterwards as an open prison. The site was cleared for redevelopment, providing seventy 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed detached and terraced townhouses with the manor house being fully refurbished and converted to provide seven 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments. We took over post-planning, optimising and enhancing the site and individual unit layouts. An increased provision of units was approved by way of amendment applications. We then undertook full production documentation for tender and construction, supporting Berkeley Homes throughout the build to completion and occupation.
