Corporation Street

This scheme comprises four separate five storey blocks arranged over two sites but forming one phase of the Rochester town regeneration. Providing nearly 100 apartments (split between private and affordable tenure), the blocks are elevated above the Medway Estuary flood risk level. The building is designed to reflect the local historical context of red brick warehousing. We took over post-planning, enhancing the appearance with careful detailing and selection of materials. The scheme includes winter garden enclosures to the majority of units, ensuring that the balcony areas provide useable amenity spaces all year round.
