Easterby Villas

Located on a key site in Barnes Village, this project removed the incongruous mid-20th Century Barnes Police Station, replacing it with a more appropriate and elegant Georgian styled terrace within this important Conservation Area context. We developed various feasibility scheme options to support Berkeley’s successful bid for acquisition of the site. We subsequently developed the preferred scheme of 7 four storey, five bedroomed townhouses and obtained planning approval for demolition of the existing superstructure but retaining, adapting and extending the secure underground vehicle compound for lower level accommodation to the houses, demised parking and integral garages. We progressed the scheme through the developed and full technical design as lead consultant, seeing the project through construction to completion.
