Noel Street
In the centre of Soho’s rag trade, working closely with conservation officers at the City of Westminster, BAL obtained permission to extend the top mansard floor of this Grade II Listed Building into modern offices, featuring a carefully designed traditional roof, a new internal lift and a fully refurbished façade. Of particular note is the detailed restoration of the traditional shopfronts to both sides of this corner property. It also features an internal reception area with exposed interior brickwork, making a strong visual statement on the historic nature of the building.
