BAL provided technical design services to the main contractor, Allenbuild, to deliver this mixed use scheme in North Kensington for Grainger plc. The development comprises 48 apartments and two commercial units spread across three ‘pocket’ sites around the perimeter of the redeveloped ARK Brunel Primary Academy. The main façades feature distinctive ‘hit and miss’ brickwork, recessed private balconies and zinc clad penthouses, whilst terraces to the top floor apartments afford stunning views of the west London skyline.
