Thames Street

Built for A2 Dominion, this development in central Oxford combines student accommodation and 42 affordable rent apartments. Working for the contractor, Exel Construction, we provided technical design services to deliver these striking contemporary buildings. The student accommodation provides 89 rooms and a refectory with a full commercial kitchen. The dreaming spires and the Thames can be glimpsed from the upper floors.
