HD House

Sigma is a major pharmaceuticals supplier based in Watford. Outgrowing its existing buildings, it needed new headquarters for its expanding staff and a warehouse to accommodate state of the art automated picking equipment. In conjunction with office fit out firm Envoplan, we designed, obtained planning permission and detailed approx. 1,510m² of new offices and a part refurbishment/part new build 2,670m² warehouse. The office is three storeys higher than any of its neighbours and truly stands out from its surroundings. The building was opened by MPs Richard Harrington and Steve Brine and has made a huge difference to Sigma’s business.
