Kingston Road

Opposite the Dennis Park Crescent Conservation Area, and following detailed consultation with local residents, the local authority granted planning permission for nine houses on this important gateway site into Merton. The radial design wraps around the corner in a modern crescent form, with two storey principal elevations in a contemporary style and additional accommodation behind a dormer to the roof. The design carefully avoids a main sewer to the rear of the site, whilst maintaining the original intent throughout, in addition to the communal amenity area, reflecting a traditional London square.
