The Quarry

The Quarry is an area of high ecological value close to Guildford but with a secluded woodland nature which gives it a unique character. After careful analysis of the topography and geology of the site, other ecological features and archaeological remains, we obtained planning permission for 14 new homes. The houses and their external terraces maximise the available views to the woodland and the River Wey beyond. All have on-site renewable energy and other sustainable measures including rainwater collection, low energy lighting, heat recovery ventilation and retractable canopies.
