Carlile Place
Brookes Architects worked with developer Harepath Group on the finishing construction and interior detailing of contemporary new homes at Carlile Place, a Conservation Area in Richmond. Open, spacious interiors benefit from large expanses of glass, however, as these well-insulated homes have been built using mainly off-site construction methods, running costs will remain low. The homes also make use of renewable energy and rainwater recycling.
