Pembroke Gardens

Pembroke Gardens in East Sheen, London, is the 2014 Evening Standard New Homes Grand Prix and Eco Living award winner. It comprises four individually designed Scandinavian-style eco houses and two apartments, all completed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 standards. Built in a private residential enclave, the homes’ fully developed basements maximise living accommodation whilst reducing the effect on surrounding neighbours. These contemporary houses feature a mix of facing brick, render and fine Kebony cladding set in a natural landscape.
